Fresh Aura BDA Returns & Refund Policy

At Fresh Aura BDA, we are committed to providing high-quality Korean skincare products that help you achieve radiant, healthy skin. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we’ve created the following policy to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining high hygiene standards.

1. Returns

Opened & Used Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on skincare products that have been opened or used.

Unopened & Sealed Products
If your product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Refunds

Opened Products
We do not offer refunds for opened or used skincare products.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days. We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a full refund for the damaged product.

Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong product? Let us know within 7 days. We’ll arrange a:

  • Replacement of the correct item, or

  • Full refund.

3. How to Return a Product

  • Email us at sales@freshaurabda.com within the return window.

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll coordinate a pick-up, meet-up, or give you return shipping instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Free samples or promotional items

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Options

  • In-person pick-up or meet-up

  • Island-wide delivery in Bermuda

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery may apply to select areas or orders over a set amount

  • Delivery fees (if any) will be shown at checkout

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect
