Returns

Opened & Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on skincare products once they have been opened or used.

Unopened & Sealed Products: If you receive a product that is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refunds

Opened Products: Refunds cannot be issued for opened or used skincare products, as this may affect the quality and safety of the item.

How to Return a Product:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it in accordance with our policy and place a new order for the desired product.
No Shipping Fees
Since we offer in-person meet-ups or pick-up, there are no shipping fees. Customers are responsible for returning products to us during a scheduled meet-up or pick-up.
