The Studio Experience
To qualify for Islandwide delivery, there is a minimum order requirement of $75.
Orders $75+: Eligible for delivery (delivery fees vary by location).
Orders under $75: These are available for Local Pickup only at our central Hamilton locations.
Please note: Delivery is currently available from Southampton through St. George’s for qualifying orders.
Yes, we are happy to help you adjust your order before it leaves the studio!
Since I will contact you directly via WhatsApp or email to confirm your specific delivery day and time, you have the opportunity to make changes or add items up until that confirmation.
If you realize you forgotten something, just reply to my confirmation message as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you!
As a small business, we take hygiene and product safety very seriously. Our policy is as follows:
Unopened Products: You have 3 days from the date of purchase/delivery to request an exchange or return, provided the product is completely unopened and in its original seal.
Opened or Used Products: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, even if the shade does not match or you have only used it once.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo so we can assist you.
Expert Tip: To ensure you get the perfect shade or formula, we highly recommend visiting Fresh Aura Glow Studio for an in-person consultation first. I can look at your skin and help you select the exact match so you can buy with confidence!
